Are you insured?

We are fully insured for the work that we do on your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to make things right.

How much does it cost?

There are many factors that go into the cost of a house wash, such as substrate, size, and how dirty and time consuming it may be. House washes generally start at $299

What surfaces can you clean?

Every surface is different and must be approached as such. Water pressure, soap/chemical selection, dwell time, and substrate are just a few things to account for. West Michigan homeowners trust their homes to us because Western Wash has the knowledge and resources to provide a quality clean, no matter the surface.

Warranty?

I give a 12 month warranty on roof washes, and a 6 month warranty on house washes. Restrictions apply.

Western Wash is based in the Greater Kalamazoo area, but also have clients in Paw Paw, Mattawan, Three Rivers, Battle Creek, Portage, and Grand Rapids.
